Find your why!
How do you start your day? Do you stretch, exercise, eat? Finding the motivator of why you want to exercise helps with motivation. For me I'm a professional windsurfer, so I need to stay in shape in order to still be competitive, especially at the age of 45. For others it may be to loose some weight, and finding that reason of truly why you want that weight gone will be your motivator. Ask yourself do you exercise enough? And if not what can be your motivator?
